PIDW’25 will take place in the capital city of Pakistan, Islamabad in September 2025 at Pearl Continental.

Building upon its series of successful conventions in Lahore and Karachi, the third PIDW is planned to be bigger and better. PIDW’25 will be hosting renowned international organizations, law firms, ADR practitioners and international ADR Centres, the corporate sector, various industrial stakeholders from the power, energy, construction, and infrastructure sectors, banks, and public sector: the largest user base of legal services.

The event will feature panel discussions on trending topics, presentations regarding recent innovations in the field of dispute resolution, exhibitions, and keynote speeches in addition to unlimited networking, cross-jurisdictional business opportunities, and a plethora of learning!

PIDW’24

PIDW’24 built on the success of its previous edition and served as a dynamic platform for hosting 60+ field experts as speakers, 1000+ delegates from ADR Centres, international law firms, in-house counsel of various industrial sectors such as energy, power, construction and oil and gas, the public sector, academics and banks.

PIDW’23

PIDW’23 took place in the culturally rich epi-center of Pakistan, Lahore, on the 21st and 22nd of May 2023 at Pearl Continental.

PIDW’23 marked the launch of ‘The Arbitration Act 2024’, soon to be incorporated into Pakistan’s statutory framework for streamlining international investment projects. The Act amends the previous Arbitration Act of 1940, evolving the arbitration framework in Pakistan along UNCITRAL Model Law standards. The new Act facilitates international investment in Pakistan and reduces judicial intervention from arbitral proceedings, opening a new gateway for enhanced arbitration practice in Pakistan.

Its first edition, PIDW’23 made rounds internationally, was published in various global news platforms and set in chain a series of developments in Pakistan’s legal and industrial domain.
